Bugs and more Bugs

1. Try clearing up a load of your old saved games and any auto saves. Just leave yourself with your last three saves.

2. When your bounty gets too high or after certain quests* guards will just attack upon sighting you instead of doing the whole "you're under arrest!" bit. From what I understand someone in the Thieves Guild offers a service whereby you can pay to make your
bounty go away.

3. Backward flying dragons are a known issue caused by the last patch. They're getting fixed in the next one which I believe is out this week or next.

4. Is it a misc quest by any chance?

5. Which shout was it?

*I put a star here because I've just done a quest that has resulted in just about an entire town plus guards wanting to burn me at the stake but I'm not sure if that's permanent until I do other things or whether it'll be back to normal once I return.

Pretty sure that's supposed to happen with regard to that quest. They're not going to magically forgive you considering the hornet's nest you kicked.

2. no this is a bug if you did the quest where you meet the guards in the shrine in talos and you have to go to prison so meet up with the leader of the forsworn. well i did that quest a couple of weeks ago and now all the guards are syill hostile in markath.
I and put my sword away and one of the guards will open dialogue saying i will spend the rest of my life in the mine. but then he attacks me.

3 I cannot remember right off hand but it was one that a quest was not needed to get. I got 2 parts of it but the 3rd never registered despite me going to all three places.

4 the misc quest is about obtaining red eagles sword which I already have

This is what You get from Bethesda for turning the Fallout franchise to contractors and not keeping it in house.

Game would have been slightly better if Bethesda developers would have worked some of the issues having experienced them in Fallout 3.

As for bugs and glitching ??

They have been around since Oblivion and it's a way of life now.

Do like some say and learn to save more and have fun with the glitching.

The Powder gang glitch is boring, but You do make a great haul and the vendor glitch is great to get outfitted early in the game.

When You lose ton's of game play just take a deep breath and start over.
