    I just got xbox ultimate pack. So I install a game, and it just end right now.

    But i can’t play, they ask for the disc or authentication, Xbox gold live works but I can’t play...

    I already “listen” assistance’s tips

    What is the game in question?. In case that one is removed from the gamepass recently so that could be the reason why it's appearing as a error.

    Added £8.50 in M$ points to buy spectre packs in multiplayer, all my items gone

    when you are buying and looking at the content in those packs, don't be ready up. this bug seems to be cause by being ready up and then buying the packs. if the host quits while you are looking through a pack, this bug can happen as well.
