    Failure to credit coins after completing a challenge.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection '' Daily Challenge. After attaining the Diamond Badge the game does not credit me with coins after completing further challenges.

    MIcrosoft Solitaire Collection - lost ability to exit/close

    This changed over the past couple of weeks, previously worked fine. I have no way to exit out of/close Microsoft Solitaire Collection (other than Task Manager).

    When you say "I shut down Microsoft" do you mean that you fully close the game?

    Or did you leave the game in the pause menu?
    Also, where is this happening. On Windows or mobile phone?
    And what did you tried so far to fix this
    In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

    Thanks for your timely response & tip. Following your advice, I went into my apps & hit "reset", & now it's showing me as a Premium member! Thanks again - I'll keep monitoring & follow up in a week.

    If it is stating that you own this product already however it is not showing up on your games list, please delete and re-download your profile as it may be a sync issue. If this doesn't resolve the issue please let us know and we can work from there!
