BUG with my Explorer's pack !

Minecraft Explorer's pack

Hi

I have an Xbox one S 500g including Minecraft + the complete adventure (story mode) +Explorer's pack. (all downloaded and installed).

When my childrens play they have an access to the explorer's pack (with my account), but when they tried to connect with their accounts, they only can play to minecraft (without explorer's pack)...

I have configured the Xbox as "principal Xbox", so they can play with my downloaded games (minecraft...) but i don't know how to let them play with explorer's pack in their accounts (the pack is locked)...

Having game issues? Post them here.

@A66Charger Were you the one who activated the explorer's pack, or did some one else get it and activate it first? The explorer's pack only works with the account its bound to first, so if its yours, then try deleting and re-adding to see if that fixes it.

I'm sorry to see any issues with content within Elder Scrolls Online! Based on the images, it looks like you've got the content installed from the code you've received, or the game came with it, but it's not appearing in-game. Am I correct here?

If I am, then you will need to reach out to
Bethesda and/or use the
ESO support process for further assistance. When it comes to in-game content, if it's installed on the console but not appearing in-game, the publishers or developers are better equipped to help out.

However, please correct me if I am wrong!

Keep me updated on this. If you run into further snags, we'll see what other options we can do on our end here.

Minecraft with Explorers Pack is Minecraft with the explorer pack (5 most popular content packs)

Minecraft Master Collection is Minecraft with 1000 in game currency, starter pack and creators pack

Minecraft is just Minecraft

You can buy the packs later if you just want Minecraft first

I recommend you to first buy Minecraft and then let your son explore the content first

The explorer pack is not working on my characters. I cannot play as any faction with any race.

The explorer pack includes the base game and the explorer pack which consists of: Chinese Mythology Mashup, Natural Texture Pack, Biome Settlers Skin Pack, Battle and Beasts Skin Pack, and Campfire Tales Skin Pack.

The starter pack includes the base game and 700 minecoins, mash-ups, texture packs, skin packs and the starter pack which consists of: Greek Mythology Mash-up, Plastic Texture Pack, Skin Pack 1, and Villains Skin Pack).

And yes, Xbox Live Gold is necessary to play with friends.

No ALL content is available for ex. if you buy maps, your other accounts will pick those up. If you purchase in game currency or outfits, those will not share over to another account. For more guidelines feel free to visit the
