Bug when launching games through the Xbox app

Yesterday Xbox had a major server issue which affected everything from buying/downloading games and DLCs, games asking to be purchased again, payments being refused.

Their servers are not back to normal yet and lots of users are complaining they're still having issues. Would you please wait a few hours to see if things get back to normal again? If they don't, please try to sign out of your Microsoft/Xbox account and in again on all your devices.

Hello Lucas, i got the same problem and already check the server status, restart the xbox app, checking my connection on the other store and games, repair and reset the xbox app and i still got the same problem and warning.

When I launch the app. Nothing appears. It's blocked on a black screen and when I wait the app close. And I can't launch the app. It's bugged.

I've tried to install apps from Microsoft store like whatsapp and they have installed and launched perfectly fine but when trying to launch a game that was installed on the xbox app like dragon ball fighters z it pops up with the error code 0x803f8001.
