Hi,

I am currently facing the exact opposite of Wishcatcher's problem: Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

I live in the Dutch part of Belgium, and no matter what I try, the Tom Raider version being downloaded is the French one. I would really want to play the English version

I have;

- In my live account: set the region to Belgium dutch

- In my System: set the country to Belgium, and language to English

When I download Tom Raider:

- on Xbox 360 console: the details tell me it is in French/German.

- on Xbox.com: the description tells me it is in French/German.

I tried downloading both of them, but cannot choose the English language.

Since it has been solved for Wishcaster I hope it would be possible for me to get it in English as well ?

Your issue is completely different

What you want is impossible

English version isnt available in your region

He was queueing rhe wrong version

Very few games allow for multiple language selection

Since the game is region locked you can only get the french or grrman version

I disagree. English version is available. My friend has the same region as me and also downloaded the Live Gold DLC of Tom Raider, and he got the English version.

If he is doing it thru an vpn ask him

It isnt thru netherlands version

Using a vpn to get content out of region is a violation of the terms of use and international laws

No it's not through VPN... just regular download from the live GOLD - DLC.

Anyway, the Dutch/English version is available in the Dutch speaking part of Belgium as it has been mentioned on the fora. Just for some reason, I'm not able to download it.

And i repeat => my xbox 360 has French language and Belgium region set.

My account is Belgium and French language as default.

All other dlc games excepted Halo 3 (subtitles are french but all voices are UK... maybe is normal) are French version

Ok the way games o. Demand works is you can only download one language

Looks like you downloaded the dutch \english one you have to the specific french one

Tomb Raider page here (in English) states the game only supports English, Dutch, Portuguese, and Spanish. You will want to select the Overview link on the image of the game.

Would you be able to provide me a screenshot of the description you saw? Once we have that, we can take a look at which one is the accurate one.
