Bug submission: ReCore mission Log won`t update

Since there is no easy way to find a simple email to send my Problem to, here it goes:

[table][tr][td]Hello, i have encountered a bug in your game ReCore wich Pretty much ruins my gaming experience.My Mission log wont update past getting the core Foundry second core for the analyser. I am german so i play the game in german Translation.If the Mission have different names in english, i wont know. I hope you still can gather what i am reffering to. Attached are some screenshots from the bug i am experiencing.As far as my Mission Progression goes, i am way past that Mission, i already have all core bots/Chassis and beat Victor. Still my Mission description wont Change. (see attached picture „menu“)While i do remember that my experience of that Mission was a bit odd, since i didnt actually got the second core for the analyser. At somepoint i was teleported to the analyser and the Mission progressed without me getting it. But since there is no way to Restart this dungeon i am stuck like this. Both core Plattform and Sub-dungeon are inaccessible for me. (see attached Pictures „corefoundry map“ and „core Foundry main room“)Is there ANY way for me to Rescue this savegame? Additionally my latest Progression apparently didnt save, but i dont know if that is related to this. (i got the scatter shot and now i dont have it anymore-.-)I Play the game on Windows 10 64bit and launch with the xbox app.[/td][/tr][/table]

We're sorry you're encountering this issue, however, with the release of ReCore: Definitive Edition, support for the game has been passed to Microsoft, you will need to contact them to determine if there is anything that can be done
in this situation.

Looks like this is a bug in the game. Unfortunately that means its in the game itself and wont reproduce for necessarily everyone. However try to contact Microsoft support for a fix (although with the game being out for a while I doubt there will
be any update soon)

Please specify Microsoft support and give detailed contact information, other than a phone hotline.

Sorry to hear it. However that is false information. Any in game glitch must be handled by the developer as Xbox cannot reprogram the game. You should continue contacting the developer for more assistance.

In the meantime though please try deleting then redownloading the game to see if that helps. You save will be safe on the Cloud and will only need a brief resync to the game

+1 same pb after received the blue rifle upgrade. No more green markers anymore. Kal not radio me with any information. Return to the explorer and go back to the mission doesn't solve anything. Try to identify another time near Kal explorer doesn't solve
anything too. Restart game and restart Xbox One doesn"t fix.
