    Bug report: Xbox.com sign-in status sync issue


    1. After sign in, profile is show but "sign-in" text remained on the left side of the icon.
    2. Redeeming free games for gold button doesn't always sync to subscription state, can display "buy" instead of "free", and refreshing the page can sometimes fix that.

    I can't access my Xbox Account on the website

    Did you check the Xbox Live Service Status?

    I know several days ago, the service status site was reporting that there were sign-in issues, and I couldn't sign in on the Xbox website, but I was able to sign in on the Microsoft website.

    Try signing in when xbox.com/status reports that all is well to be sure it's not simply a service status issue.

    The XBOX360 is having issues connecting to live servers due to some issue where it thinks that you are a hacker signing into an account.

    Microsoft acknowledged the issue and is working on a fix.

    Meanwhile, you should consider going to xbox.com/status and reporting the issue so it is pushed to a higher priority
