    When focus transitions from a 'text' field (alpha-numeric keyboard) to a 'number' field (numeric keyboard) in a form, Focus is missing.

    I have a form with various input fields in my UWP (JS ) application. On clicking the enter key the focus moves to the next input field.

    When the focus transitions from a type `text` field to type
    `number`     input field the focus which should be on the number '5' of the numeric keyboard goes missing. The user has to dismiss the keyboard on the field and relaunch it by clicking button
    'A'. This seems to be a bad user experience.

    Anything I can do to fix this? If the fix has to come from Microsoft how long will it take?

    This doesn't appear to be related to Xbox, which is the section you've posted in. I've thus locked the thread and recommend you repost it in the appropriate section.

    as StuartATrueRed states, it is all down to accurate reports. The more you file bug reports, the greater the chance that when they need to top up the Alpha rings, you will get an invite.

    if you do get an invite to Alpha or Alpha Skip Ahead, be prepared for lots of bugs and issues.

    As already mentioned it is invite only. Smwutches has posted the Reddit link, where you should be posting and asking questions, reporting bugs etc. It is about how you report bugs that you find. If you aren't filing good quality reports on bugs, you will
    never get an invite to Alpha or Alpha Skip Ahead.
