    My Series X no longer is able to search my captures reliably. When I go to captures that I have stored on the consoles internal SSD the console cannot find the saved game clips. It also is not able to search external SSD's correctly any longer. The 3/23/23 auto update I received from Microsoft stated that it was pushing out an improvement to the consoles ability to search. It's too much of a coincidence right? Anyone having this issue and where can I go to elevate this to a bug report they look at?

    What convinced me there is an issue with the 3/23/23 auto update for the Series X is that when I took my external SSD to my PC it had no problem retrieving all the game clips my Series X could not find any longer. Also Prior to the 3/23/23 auto update I was not having any issue with my Series X searching and finding any of my saved game clips on either the internal SSD or my external SSD.

    I reported it using the report a problem app a moment ago. So 12:04PM Pacific Time on Wednesday 3/29/2023. Unfortunately I did not make a note of the exact wording I used in the title. I believe I titled it something like this: "Regarding the 3/23/23 patch (my series x no longer can find my saved clips)"

    Am I going to hear from anyone?

    After completing the report a message thanked me, but there was no indication that they were going to get back to me. The thank you message that popped up after completing the report seemed to be letting me know the report was accepted and to share appreciation for the information, feedback, report. Nothing about committing to assisting me in resolving the issue or following up.

    If you really think that it was a bug, we suggest submitting a bug through Xbox App.

    Navigate to the top right of the application and select your gamerpic icon

    2. Select “Feedback” in the drop-down menu

    3. Select “Report a problem”

    4. Click Give new feedback

    5. Add [Xbox Forum] in “Summarize your feedback” followed by a feedback summary

    a. Summary should be descriptive and fully detailing the error you are receiving. Links redirecting to this forum post will not be accepted and will cause a delay in your feedback submission.

    6. Category should automatically be selected.

    7. In the "add more details" category, you will have the option to "Recreate my problem". Recreating the problem will help us further pinpoint the error you are receiving.

    8. Once complete, post the title of the bug report along with the submission date in this thread
