    BUG REPORT --> Blu-Ray Player --> Talon Media Remote --> 6 and 7 don't work properly


    When using the Blu-Ray app, pressing the 6 button on the Talon Media Remote results in a 5 being entered. Pressing the 7 button results in a 6 being entered. There is no way to enter a 7. All other numbers work properly. This behavior only occurs in the
    Blu-Ray app. The buttons work correctly in all other apps that I have tried. I have tried reinstalling the app just to be certain, and have even reproduced the behavior on a friend's XBOX ONE.

    Does anyone know where to submit a bug report?

    Blu ray app Media Remote menu button

    The Media Remote menu and view buttons still don't work in the latest blu ray app. The remote buttons work in other apps like Netflix so it appears to not be a hardware problem.

    Media Remote Menu Button During DVD/Blue-Ray Playback

    While playing a DVD or Blu-Ray on my Xbox One the menu key (3 lines stacked on each other) on an XB1 controller will bring up the DVD/Blu-Ray Menu. The same button on the new media remote does nothing during DVD/Blu-Ray playback. Is this a bug with the remote?
    Do I have a faulty remote? Is anyone else experiencing this?

    The menu button on the xbox one media remote does not work in the blu ray app. It will not pull up the blu ray dvd menu. The menu button on the gaming remote will pull up the blu ray menu. Can you notify me when this is resolved. The menu button does work
    every where else except in the blu ray app.

    Just tried the Blu Ray on a PS3 and it works like a charm, so it's definatly a bug on the Blu-Ray Player on the Xbox One!

    Media Remote Menu Button During DVD/Blue-Ray Playback

    According tho Xbox Support on twitter there is no way to open a DVD/Blu Ray menu during playback using the Media Remote, suggestion was to use the XB1 controller for this functionality. Which, funny enough, is exactly why I bought the media remote so that
    I don't have to use the XB1 controller for controlling my media.

    Sounds like they are working on a solution.
