BUG REPORT- Ability to play others on demand games for free

I was playing a Downloadable game on my friends account (he let me) and he signed in because he didn't know I was playing, So I decided to sign into my account but i didn't quit the game. So after i had signed in it brought me to the main menu and allowed
me to play the full game while still connected to xbox live and in a party. I tried this with another game and it worked as well. after quitting the games i was still able to play them online (I got the licenses?) But I'm just reporting this Bug and hope its
fixed because it takes money from the Devs and Microsoft. -

I'm tired of Smurf accounts and I want my money back.

I'm not sure what action you would want Microsoft to take on something that occurs on basically all gaming platforms, and most multiplayer games. I don't think there's a basis for legal action on the grounds of "I don't like how other people play online."
As others have mentioned you have the ability to block and report problematic players (thus notifying Microsoft of a player who is disruptive to others online.)

Hello,

The reputation system has no effect on your ability to play any sort of games. This is something that is purely seen by you and only you, no one else. It just shows you how many people have rated you a certain rating. Most of the time people just report others
for random reasons if they beat them in a game because they get mad that they lost, but it has absolutely no effect on your ability to play any games or anything of the sort so I wouldn't worry about it at all.

Microsoft didn't develop the game so they would not have the ability to access the games source code.

You need to report the bug to the devs Rockstar.

They want the money, and are demanding payment to reinstate the ability to trade items. This is extortion. Free game or not, its shady and unethical to offer and approve the a refund to be treated like a thief.

This is pretty ridiculous. Players who bought the copy of the game got the code in the game case, but buying it on demand, we cannot get the same deal ? Why are you forcing players who bought the game on demand to restrict matchmaking ability

I was double-checking and noticed the same thing as you.

Could be just a bug, because the Xbox app doesn't have the ability to play music or any other similar multimedia feature.

Not only that, but it's suggested to report the problem to Microsoft, that way they can release a fix in a future update.
