    I when I tried to buy "Ark Survival Evolved gave me" (the game) even though the messages that the purchase and place they came to my cell phone, I "Ark" is there I had already installed because I had done the "Xbox home " with a friend of mine, I don't
    know if it's due to a bug because I already had the game installed, could you help me pls?

    Purchase bug?

    I was looking at a particular game and was thinking about buying it but then decided not to. I pressed the B button to back out of the menu but my xbox decided I had purchased the item and charged my credit card. Then another game I was looking at decided
    to purchase itself with some of the balance I had from the MS points conversion. Is there anyway I can cancel these or get my money back?

    You will still have to contact support. They are the only ones who can issue a refund if possible.

    I don't want a purchase refunded. I want an erroneous charge on my credit card and an erroneous use of existing money on my account reversed.

    There is no refunds for any content purchased. You can always try to call support. However I think they will say the same as us.
