Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully attend to this issue being unable to update your console. If you are having problems updating your console through the normal means, Are you having some error pop up?

What troubleshooting steps have you done so far if you don't mind me asking?

Are you able to access your Settings menu?

If you are, I suggest I suggest going to Settings> Devices and Streaming> Blu-ray> persistent storage in the Xbox One Guide and clearing that three times. Once that has been
done, go to Settings> General> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address, clearing that and letting your console restart as a quick preliminary means of troubleshooting.

When you get the chance, please let us know that info, give those steps a shot and let us know if that helped.

D’abord cashe système clair, assurez-vous que vous avez assez d’espace de stockage, puis télécharger et mettre jour nouveau. Vous pouvez également alimenter votre console avant d’essayer de mettre jour nouveau.

"Ok corrigé...... déconnecté de ms store. Téléchargez l’application Xbox. Redémarrez - produit. Connecté au compte ms store. Mise jour de tout ce qui a besoin de mises jour. Cliquez sur obtenir la mise jour en haut droite. Une mise jour de la simulation de vol est apparue. Téléchargé la mise jour obligatoire et il se charge maintenant."

“Ok fixed it……signed out of ms store. Downloaded Xbox app. Reboot. Signed into ms store account. Updated anything that need updates. Clicked on get update on top right. Up popped a flight sim update. Downloaded the mandatory update and it is loading now.”

bonjours mais oui malheureusement la xbox 360 ne prend plus de mise a jours se qui rend la console obselet mais pensais a prendre une xbox one en attendant le next gen
