[Bug]Dev mode activation wants to update, but there are no updates available

This may be on the dev side if it happened after an update. Perhaps a bug in the update to the app.

That is why the devs are creating an update... there's no game that was released and had no glitch/bug.

To see if there’s an update available on your console, please try the following:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Updates.
   
3. If there are any updates, they’ll appear in the left menu. If not, you'll see " no console update available."
   

However, here's how to activate the Dev mode on your console:

1. Go to settings > system > console info
   
2. Press the following buttons in quick succession to bring up the hidden developer mode menu LB, RB, LT, RT, ...
   
3. Check the box to enable developer mode.
   
4. The system will reset itself and put your console in dev mode.

There's a subscription and an 'app' you have to purchase/download off of the Microsoft Store and online in order to activate the developer console on an Xbox One. You can no longer just 'access' the dev console without purchasing the subscriptions and app.

Chances are he duped. Creative Mode is not available yet. The update has not happened. They have yet to finish working out the bugs then submitting it to Microsoft Sert testing crew
