Thank you for reaching out. The Xbox has a feature specifically for this kind of situation. Under our

Black Screen Troubleshooting page, you can find steps to boot up your console at the lowest resolution.

1. If there's a disc in the Xbox One console, eject it.
2. On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for five seconds to turn off the console.
   
3. Press and hold the Xbox button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You will hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep.
   DO NOT LET GO until the second beep occurs.

It's working as intended. It only switches to 50 Hz when 50 Hz content is played. Just insert a 50 Hz DVD, you will see it switches to 50 Hz just fine.

You may need to enable 50 Hz in the Live TV app also, but I think that option was removed as it's redundant.

If the checkbox is ticked everything should be fine.

muchas gracias por contestar, los siento quise decir que mi xbox es serie x, y el hdmi que uso es el que viene en la caja de la caja de la xbox, de igual forma mi tv es hasta UHD 4K, 3840 x 2160 a 60 Hz

Diego eu aceitando ser Insider, não irá instalar o SO de teste no meu Xbox? Estou com medo de instalar essa versão cheia de bugs.
