BUG: Charged $150 for $50 purchase

In NBA2k18 I made a $50 virtual currency purchase. The first two tries I got an error saying I couldn't contact the server. On the final try it worked, but ALSO PURCHASED THE OTHER TWO AS WELL.

I called xbox support, and after being on the phone with them for an HOUR, and them repeatedly trying to get me to contact NBA2k18, despite it being XBOX who pulled the money out of my bank account, they told me they would wait for the problem to resolve
on their end (I don't know what error it was, but the woman said they were having issues) and call me back.

Two days later I have got no call. I changed my security pin so apparently I can't access either Chat support, OR Phone support. Insane. So now I can only deal with this issue on here. Can someone please tell me what I need to do to get these charges (THAT XBOX HAS ESSENTIALLY STOLEN AND THEN TOLD ME TO **** OFF)
removed from my account before I report it to my bank as fraud?

Bought the black ops 3 digital deluxe

Hi, I bought the black ops 3 digital deluxe which includes the season pass. When I played the game, I thought i had to download the season pass but it turns out, I bought it for 50 bucks. So in total, I spent 150 and need help. I don't want to be charged
an extra 50 dollars for something I already bought. GT:

When I am in games I am being charged for fifa points on accounts I have removed from my xbox this is otrages wwhat do I do its £150 in the last month

Really sorry for the frustrations with this. When did you last reach out to support and what did they say during your last contact? When the purchase charged you 2 additional times, did you receive any error messages when making the original purchase? Unfortunately

It doesn't come with Support.

It comes with Disable Equipment (50), Flashbang (50), Extra Time (150), Extra Time (150), Disable EXOs (150) and Disable Scorestreaks (200).

The only streaks with Support are Aerial Recon, UAV, Sentry and Care Package.

The Kinect is still 150 euro. Forget that noise. If it goes down to 50 I might get it. My wife keeps bugging me to get it, but I don't want her touching my 360 when I'm not around.

Isn't there a Gears of War game coming out for the Kinect?

I had no problem with doing q.DP with him for title grinding. I know the dash is bugged but m.CD worked for me but make sure you don't hold down the button to charge it. I successfully hit a 150 titles doing those methods.

So if this is a bug, will buying the edition for $100 actually charge you that much or will the outcome be $30 with the bug. Because if purchasing it for $100 actually costs that much with no chance of refund that’s a pretty harmful bug
