    My son's Xbox one has stopped connecting to our wifi. I have tried rebooting the router and the console but still no joy. Can anyone advise me please? Thanks

    I've had the same problem with mine, works with a crappy old router that won't work on my laptop but won't work on BT home hub even when I've connected it through Ethernet cable.

    powering off and removing the power cable didn't work for me, neither did the same steps but also resetting the wireless router.

    Sometimes the router can be the issue. Eg, BT home hub, more than one Xbox on a network with that router is just an absolute nightmare.
