BT Home Hub (Modems/Gateways): BT Home Hub into Bridge Mode
i'm having the same problem, i believe its something to do with a "teredo IP address" as the multiplayer tests say they cant find one or something. my nat is closed and i know this is probably causing the problem of being disconnected from party chat every
second. i have no idea how to fix it but a few you tube videos pointed me here. i'm not a technical genius so i won't understand any technical jargon. if anyone can help itll be epic

It's a BT home hub 5- type A

Check if your Internet Provider and router support IPv6.

In case your internet provider can't give you IPv6 support, you might try to get a 6in4 tunnel through a tunnel broker (Wikipedia List of IPv6 Tunnel Brokers
here)

Be aware however, that your router HAS TO support IPv6, and has to have the ability to establish a connection to a IPv6 Tunnel broker!
