    BSOD like 3 times or more a day


    Hello, The blue screens im getting are Kernel Security Check Failure, MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, and before I was getting Page fault in non page area, Attempt write on read-only memory, and system exception blue screens.

    My PC is fairly new and all are built by me.

    MSI RTX 3080 10G

    4x G skill triden z 8GB 3600

    ROG strix x-570 e motherboard

    seasonic prime px 850w 80+ Platinum
    ryzen 7 5800x

    samsung 860 evo pro 2TB ssd SATA 3

    Samsung 970 evo 500gb ssd NVME(boot drive)

    samsung 970 evo plus 2TB ssd NVME

    Please help me as I dont even know where to start to fix these blue screens as they happen randomly while i play my games or while i just watch youtube or scroll the web.

    I am currently trying to remove 1 ram card at a time to see if it is a hardware issue. My pc is fairly new and i built it myself like 9 months ago.

    I tried updating all my drivers and still happens. I reseated my ram,

    Hi,

    The Xbox forums probably aren't the best place to put these PC hardware questions, mainly because they're aren't many PC hardware knowledgeable people here.

    However, as a fellow PC builder and gamer, your issue sounds very much like a problem with one or more of your RAM modules. Best to swap them around and try with just two for 16GB. As 16GB is more than enough for pretty much all PC games for the moment.

    Did you install Windows via the Media creation tool?

    I would say if you want a second opinion, try posting the same question on the Windows Hardware forum. The hardware forums over on Steam or perhaps The Linus Tech Tips hardware troubleshooting forum

    I have just gotten another BSOD and the stop code was FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE, and then when it rebooted another BSOD appeared with a BSOD SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. I'll try what you suggested above when I test all the ram modules if the hardware is the problem or not.

    have you set docp in the bios to enable you rams full speed, if not do this, if you have then disable this to see if that make a difference, you could also try a bios update (warning, if the bios update fails then it can render the board useless unless it has bios flashback) the latest bios image for your board is Version 4403.

    Hello! thanks for the suggestion, im new in asking for help and mainly fix stuff myself but this is just frustrating, My bad for the wrong area to post in and ill try your advise to Swap rams around and ask this question on the places you stated.

    I installed windows using Media creation tool yes.

    I agree with the above, that is a memory fault, clean and reseat, if it still does it then replace the ram.

    Also I am an IT tech that repair pc's and laptops daily as my main job for a very large company.
