BSOD (blue screen crash)

Says Video DXG KRNL all the sudden after game crash. Not sure what could be happening since the game worked fine just a couple of days ago. I have my minidump files

Please go to Device Manager, expand Display Adapters, right-click your graphics card, and select Update Driver. Choose the option to search automatically for updated driver software.

And then run System File Checker (SFC). To do this, open Command Prompt as an administrator and run the following command:

sfc /scannow

This will scan and repair any corrupted system files.

If SFC doesn't resolve the issue, run the DISM tool to fix Windows image corruption:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Wait for the process to complete and then restart your computer.

Next is to check for Windows Updates. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and install any available updates.

After that please disable Fast Startup by going to Control Panel > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do, click on Change settings that are currently unavailable, and uncheck Turn on fast startup.

Lastly is to check Minidump Files: Since you have minidump files, you can analyze them to get more details about the crash. You can use tools like BlueScreenView or WinDbg to open and analyze the minidump files.

Are you getting Blue crashes? To know what exactly is causing the crashes, I need to analyze minidumps generated by crashes with WinDBG. WinDBG is the only tool which can do end to end complete analysis of ..dmp files generated by BSOD (Blue screen of
death).

Go to C:\Windows\Minidump

Zip the contents of the folder corresponding to date and time of your crashes.

Upload the content to Onedrive or any other file sharing site for me to locate the problem

A BSOD (Blue Screen of Death), when playing a game means that is a issue with drivers, go to the manufacturer of the graphics card and look for the drivers.

A Windows BSOD (blue screen of death) isn't going to be something that the Xbox App creates. The Xbox App may well be in beta but it's not unstable and it doesn't create blue screen errors.

If your system is freezing and is getting stuck in the BIOS screen this indicates a hardware issue with your PC.

Can you play other games on your PC from Steam or other launching software? If these games work and don't crash then it won't be a power issue.

Can you provide to us your system specifications?

One question what is BSOD? and my specs are this and as well as a 3060 nivida geforce graphics card since it isnt shown

You said in your original post you had 1 blue screen. A blue screen, or Stop Error is an error screen that shows up in Windows when a major error occurs. BSoD means (Blue Screen of Death), it's not quite something that you'll get as often these days, but back in the Window 95, 98 days they could be quite common.

Did you get one these types of errors?
