Bs Ban

I killed a guy in fortnite, so he messaged me and called me trash, so I replied and told him he got f-ed and I got banned. Why is it that I got banned when he instigated me and I realistically did nothing wrong. I’m sorry that I said something “violient”
to someone playing a violent video game, now can I have my freedom to talk to my friends on Xbox live back.

Phone/chat support do not handle enforcement issues at all and are not supposed to help with the questionnaire. The case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If you're no longer able to submit a review, all you can do is wait it out. If
you can still submit a review, you'll want to read through the Code of Conduct to help you with the questionnaire.

 

Xbox Communication Ban bs

Hello there, here is my story about what happened to me; On 24th April 2018, I woke up to a communication suspended and I don't know what I did within the communication ban. So on 26th April 2018, I contacted one of the Xbox support chat 24/7. The first
one I contacted was name Joyce N and she was helpful at the start. She understood the ban and then she told me to wait 24 hours because I already used the 3 tries you get to answer the Xbox Enforcement Team that day. She also told me that she was going to
send me a rejoin link to my email and guess what..... She didn't even. So that means that they lied to one of there fellow customers.

So the next person I contacted was John M. I contacted him during the same day when contacting Joyce N at around 2:20 pm AEST and I asked John M if he knows what up with Joyce not sending me a rejoin link for 27/04/2018. He didn't know but he also told me to
wait 24 hours and he was going to help me out with me going my communication suspended. So he sent a rejoin link to me for tomorrow (27th April 2018). So here I am on the 27th of April 2018 waiting for Joyce N or John M to contact me. I clicked on the rejoin
link that John M sent to me and that was no help. I got sent to another employee on Xbox and I got told that she wasn't going to help me with getting those Xbox enforcement questions done so I can talk to the Xbox Enforcement Team with a case review.

I thought that I was going to get un-suspended from my communication ban but Joyce N and John M pretty much lied to me and avoided me.

I don't want to wait to get un-suspended. All I want to do is contact the Xbox Enforcement Team please
