    Brought a pre owned Xbox one x years ago and now It seems it on insider...


    Currently running on is 19041.1999.amd64fre.VB_release_Xbox_dev_2005.200506-0000 I dont know if I need a osu1 file or what but I can't even factory reset and I'm stuck on system error e106 any help appreciated don't fancy paying £250 to replace right before the series x drops

    When does the xbox one x get the avatar editor update?

    Is her One S enrolled in the Insider Program? She may not be but if the console was pre owned by someone who is in the insider program and the avatar beta app is installed, she will have it.

    Xbox One original, Xbox One S and Xbox One X all can install the avatar beta app, it is not console specific. Check the Insider Hub App and enroll if it shows up for your ring.

    Another thing, is your Xbox One pre-owned? I ask because quite often pre-owned Xbox One's may not have been removed from the insider program, by the previous owner. If you have owned it from new, then that is ruled out.
