Discus and support Brothers Account in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; How do I make my little brother's account an Adult account?     Brothers Account


    How do I make my little brother's account an Adult account? I have the setting as adult default and even double checked all the account settings. Nothing in the settings is on a child setting. Everything is allowed to everyone and he should be able to do what he wants. I've tried making it a child account and changing it back to an adult account. But it didn't work. What do I do?

    Unfortunetly this is not going to happen. We, nor the staff here, have contact with the Xbox Live policy and Enforcement team. Your brother will need to wait the suspension out before he is ale to use his Xbox Account again.

    He can make an appeal on https://enforcement.xbox.com and apologize in the appeal, if he wanted to say sorry. This is also the only way you can contact the Enforcement team.

    He needs to file for a case review on the enforcement site if eligible.

    There's no guarantee that he will get his account back.Bans are rarely overturned.

    Doesn't matter if people report him for no reason,all reports are investigated & you will only be banned/suspended if you have violated the ToU/CoC.

    A permanent ban either means it was not the first time he has received enforcement action or what he did was a sever violation of the rules.
