I have my account on my brothers Xbox as home my Xbox just has my account. My younger has a Xbox account but is a non Xbox live member and is using my Xbox (non home) for him to play Minecraft I have to be signed in and then he switches to his account to play why is that is it because my Xbox is not the home

That wouldn't do anything. The license would still be on your Home console so you would need to be signed into the non-Home in order for him to be able to play it.

Yes. The Home setting is what allows you to share your games/subscriptions with other profiles. Since he is using your non-Home console, he can only access your games if you are signed in.

I tried this but it keeps signing me out. Does my xbox one S have a problem with it? Should have stated this before but it signs me out when i play minecraft locally with my brother within like 10 minutes of playing, within like an hour or so when i play
minecraft by myself, within 2-3 hours of playing rocket league and other games. Like i said it still keeps signing me out, even after the reset you suggested.
