Broken Xbox wireless controller audio

Silly question probably....but have you confirmed the issue isnt the headset?

hello now the new controllers already have the jec of the headphones but there is an adder that attaches I'm the controller in which you can use all the headphones that you do not necessarily the original ones of the xbox

Do you have the little audio connector - 3.5mm Stereo Headset Adapter Headphone - Might be worth given one of those a try

Hi no not really thats one reason I don't use it. I always get the original headset with the big jack. The only problem with that is the cable gets a break after a year or so.
