    For a few months now my Xbox has been having the same problems and it is making it unable to play. sometimes there is no picture on the screen even though the HDMI plug is in both the TV and the Xbox. Games will sometimes freeze resulting in me having
    to turn the Xbox off because i cannot move or play anything. I haven't ever damaged my console therefore the reason it is doing this baffles me. i dont want to have to pay for a repair or a new console as its not my fault that this has happened. thanks for
    reading.

    There's no point in switching hard drives from your broken original Xbox to the Xbox One S. If you want more storage space simply buy an external hard drive.

    as you have now dismantled it you cannot send in for repair, you will have to take it to a local repair shop that can take a look.
