Broken Xbox lost in transit to repair centre?

Hi I’m not sure if this is a common issue that others have been experiencing but it’s gone to the point now where I think I should try and resolve this so my Xbox broke about two weeks ago I posted it to the Microsoft repair centre in Frankfurt via UPS this arrived in the depot just over a week ago and has sat there since and no attempt at delivery has been made I keep getting the notification that it’s going to be delivered today at 8:45 to 1245 and it’s never delivered I’ve looked on Google Maps and can see that the Microsoft repair centre is literally next door to the UPS depot in Frankfurt. Someone just needs to walk it across the road I cannot believe it is taking them this long the website has now glitched and it’s now saying that it’s going to be delivered yesterday the 12th of May between 845 and 1245.

I’ve made repeated attempts to get in contact with UPS to no avail and I’m very concerned now that the Xbox has been lost in transit as there’s been no update on it since last Thursday is it possible for Xbox to investigate this from their side as I cannot get in contact with them please see screenshots below the phone call back function of the support website is broke I have tried various devices and browsers to no avail, their customer service just number just directs people to the website also. I feel like Xbox are trying to avoid communicating with their customers as much as possible .

Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you resolve it I’m half tempted to cancel the order and hope that the Xbox makes it back and I’ll have to pay for a private repair even know is still in warranty because the service is so abysmal.
