    As advised, I tried contacting Xbox support, but I'm getting below all the time. I tried different browsers, devices and Wi-Fi networks. Nothing helped.

    How do I contact support directly? What are my options? Xbox support page seems to me like a maze designed specifically to make everything hard for user and I find impossible to find any useful answers there.

    When I choose "call me back" usual business happens. Do I just wait with this window open to have a text chat with human? EDIT: If so, MS's support page is horrible with communicating order of proceedings. In opposite case, it basically redirects me here.

    If you have an Xbox under warranty and send it to claim, you pay nothing. Nor do you pay for the delivery of the package. You only have to request a claim on the MS website. And then order a delivery service.
