Broken Xbox Censor, need to use controller to turn it on

24 hours ago I made a post about this and I tried the tip I got and it did not work for me. I forgot to mention in my last post that this has been going on for about 4 weeks and I never decided to talk about it being broken until now. I tried unplugging
everything for 5-10 minutes and nothing happened. I can't go over to my Xbox and hover/tap the Xbox power button to turn it on, same as my game disk injector (The button that pops out a game disk and let's you put another disk in). I have to use a controller
that is paired up to it for it to turn on. Please help me fix this.

Thanks for the info/reply. I can totally see how distressing that could be. If you have a game in there and are reluctant to send it due to that fact, follow the

steps here to hopefully get that disc out.

I'm stuck with 2k18 in it :/ so yeah it is bad I need it out

You probably can't fix it without sending it off but it's not that bad is it

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this kind of issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty inconvenient. What kind of console are you using? Typically if the power button is inoperable, it would mean that you
would have to get your console
repaired or replaced.
