Broken white xbox x

I think my xbox is completely broken, its less than a year old its the fallout 76 edition.

i've had wifi problems before and never fixed them since nothing worked from port forwarding to static ip. that was just the beginning is seems.

this happened yesterday 7/16/19

i just kinda rolled with the wifi dropping, but then my xbox started crashing most of my games. (apex legends, division 2, sekiro, for honor, battlefield 1,3,5)

After the crashing started my microsoft dashboard went wild and never loads or loads the wrong screen. i went to pre-order code vein and it took me to COD pre-order 3 times. turned off xbox and left it be.

today i went to turn on my xbox and it wouldnt turn on at first, after unplugging it for 30 mins it turned on. I could hear the start up noise but no picture then it would be a glitched screen of the 4k chip and thats it, i cant even get to the "green screen
of death". then it proceeded to not turn off, it would make the sound but still a solid light so i unplugged it.

replugged in xbox and got error e102 3 times so i did a factory reset, got to the part where i could sign into my account and my xbox froze and turned off.

Now after 3 hours, my xbox doesnt recognize my hdmi cord, its making a weird clicking sound on the left side sometimes makes a squeak, and it makes the power off sound like the "whewww" sound of the components stopping but the light is still on. It turns
itself off after 2 minutes of being on now.

im literally losing my mind.

Got the disc out, than you very much. Also have an appointment tomorrow, hopefully its just a system bug.

If by chance I can't eject the current game inside my system would they be able to retrieve it? it spit the game out before but put it back in hoping it would force the system to work but now it refuses to give it back. it turns off before it spits it out.

It sounds like the software on your Xbox might be corrupted and is causing your Xbox not to perform as intended and a reset might help. You can keep your Keep and apps and this should clear our any corruptions. You can try the solutions in this link https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

Thank you for responding, when you set up any repair order your console is worked on and a repair is attempted. If a repair is possible then you will receive the same console, but if a repair is not possible then you will receive a replacement of the same
console based on availability (I have not heard of cases where you do not receive the same type of console even if it is a special edition)

You can always go through the
Device Support website to set this up on your own or of course you may
Contact Xbox Support for assistance with the repair order.

If it is less than a year old it should be covered under the warranty still. Sorry to hear about this though.
