Broken multiplayer parental controls

I recently purchased Forza horizon 4 and the multiplayer appears locked when I click on it it says the following "This feature is blocked per your Xbox live parental controls. I am 20 and I am no longer in my Microsoft family. when I contacted Microsoft
the said for me to create my own family as am adult I tried this but it didn't work. Note am playing on pc but this is an account issue the same happens when I play on my friends Xbox 1.

Hi. Why don't you try re-downloading your profile. Also, check under your Microsoft account and make sure no parental control is on. If you are still having problems, you can also contact official support at xbox.com under the Support section.

Netflix told me they just define the UI, but MS wrote the parental controls. Nice to hear that neither wants to take credit, at least it implies they know that it's broken.

Son having issues, how do I allow multiplayer for Minecraft in parental controls?

parental controls require the account be online, you can limit screen time or you can block them from playing multiplayer completely using family controls.

OK, so we have managed to get rid of the parent controls, but I still can't enter Multiplayer, even though I have set the Multiplayer settings in my Microsoft account to be allowed
