    The warranty for controllers is 90 days in the USA/Canada and 1 year in the EU. Out of warranty costs are about the same as a new controller.

    My RB button have started to not respond when i press it and has began to make it harder to press it. The fourther out on the button i press the harder it is to make it respond. I have not dropped it or done any damage to the controller, and yet i became
    very hard to press and now i have to force the button. Im a competitiv player and play almost every day so i want another controller considering i have not harmed it. My shop that i bought it from told me to write to xbox.com/support hope this helps me and
    dont make it more complicated for a new controller.

    my headset has been work out well and suddenly i have some ikon in the right corner of the tv screen. its a micrphone with a cross. and the headset dont work anymore. WHY? how can i fix this?

    Difficulty broken... It's still insanely difficult no matter what you choose on MK2 and MK3.

    It is broken. The originals were broken. They're going to stay broken.
