broken cursor issue

as you can see in the video , my mouse is right in the middle of the screen, yet when i raise my mouse up (looking at the roof while in 1st person) it just leaves the game and into the white bar containg the exit buttion. i've tried many ways to fix this such as uninstalling the game , going first person and making a community post. none have resolved my problem.

I am running Version 21H1 and the build is (OS Build 19043.1165)

The model of my laptop is a HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cs2xxx

This only happens on the Roblox Microsoft store app

Follow these steps, please.

Step 1.

Visual demonstration;

Hit the Windows key + R, type in 'regedit' and press enter. Then navigate to the following regedit directory;

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\EdgeUI

Step 2.

It is very likely that you do NOT already have a folder here called 'EdgeUI'.

If you do not, simply create it by right-clicking on the right side of the explorer window, go to 'New' and then 'Key'. Name this new key you create 'EdgeUI'.

Step 3.

Next, inside of the 'EdgeUI' folder you just found/created, right-click again and create a 'DWORD (32-bit) Value'. Name it 'AllowEdgeSwipe', as marked at the top of the picture.

Step 4.

Right-click the DWORD named 'AllowEdgeSwipe' you just created and press 'Modify...'. Make sure it says '0' under 'Value data:' and press 'OK'.

Step 5.

Reboot your PC and launch the game again

After playing for a while, its been really annoying having to press F11 every time im loading , do you know any other ways to fix my full screen issue while IN the game?

Thanks for fixing my game, it works on full screen now but another problem with Roblox when I'm on the Microsoft app is that I cannot use fullscreen sometimes. As soon as I turn on fullscreen, the game goes fullscreen for a second before returning to normal. can you guide me on how to fix it?

Its really random if full screen works or not

Edit : If i full screen while im loading in the game , it will work but im wondering if theres another way to go fullscreen while im not loading

Hi, I just tested and with a controller, there is no issue. Just when using a mouse to move the cursor around, the cursor will disappear over the map.
