    Broken AfterGlow Xbox One Controller


    My Xbox one afterglow controller says that it is on, but the the white light near the xbox button is off and my controller won’t respond at all. It won’t even work even though it is plugged in and on. I even tried restarting it by holding down the button and the joysticks and the right triggers and the down button again but it still didn’t work. So if you guys have ways to fix this please help

    Being an afterglow controller, you will need to contact pdp support here https://support.pdp.com/hc/en-us/requests/new They should be able to help you with a return or repair it for you. It's not a Microsoft product, so they cannot repair or help you.

    A controller made by Afterglow will probably not use the same firmware a regular Xbox One controllers. Any questions about if the controller requires a firmware update and how to carry out the update will probably need to be directed to Afterglow.
