Broke console or hard drive?? PLEASE HELP

NOTHING WORKS! a few months ago my hard drive stopped working.. I was playing a game, the game started glitching then it gave me a error I decided to restart the console but the console was in black screen, I restarted it again.. DIDN'T WORK AGAIN. after a few things it finally working but I noticed my hard drive wasn't working so I disconnected it somehow all of my games disappeared. they were all deleted I tried installing a game and it didn't know.. at this point I was so disappointment... I have another hard drive so I tried the other hard drive but the console wasn't connecting (I have tried everything and anything I can, the disconnecting my console thing DIDN'T WORK)

First you would need to know what model your Xbox is, unfortunately we do not have the knowledge or authorization to advise self-repair on xbox, you must request repair with microsoft to repair your hd if this is really the problem. if the hd is working you can restore using a pen-drive, download the file on the pc extract the content on a pendrive and it will install as soon as it starts with this pendrive connected.

the xbox one there are the S o X and the original xbox one, the former with the external source, the latter has no repair with microsoft.
