    Microsoft have given no news on when or if that feature will happen. It would be a good idea though. You would be better off posting this on the ideas site here xboxideas.uservoice.com

    You can use the Mixer Create app for broadcasting on the go with your phone or iPad. I've only dabbled with it but I know a lot of people that use it regularly - https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/mixer-create/id1237889246?mt=8
