Bring Back to us FILE EXPLORER XBOX ONE

yea i used to use that a lot, infact before i even saw this post, i went to use it the other day and found out its no longer supported by xbox and i was a tad disappointed.

Same. I use it to navigate and transfer MP4 files so that I can watch them on my TV. Yesterday I went to go do that and it really stunted the use of my Xbox.

So far it seems that they are inaccessible and unable to be found or deleted. We need File Explorer or a new version of it in order to access and manage our downloaded files. We need File Explorer for both Downloaded files from Internet Explorer and transfered
files from a USB drive to the Console.

It was a useful app, but did it use by most? Or did it require a lot of console features? Or did some people misuse him for hacking or something like that?

They gave we, the 'people', ****NO**** warning. Another inconvenient forced update (super arrogant in itself) and suddenly no access to my disk files. They alone decide the character of the XB experience, changing it when and how they please. The message
is clear.

I like another poster on this issue (diff website), feel this is the final straw for my family. We'll be trying the competition next console purchase. I'm 58, and in my life MS has a LONG history of arrogance combined with stupidity. I remember working as
a dev @ Corel back in'96, and being on the bleeding edge of Windows Chicago and NT development ... Today, we the People are treated like squatters when we 'purchase' a game box. Soon everything will be subscription, including the ability to turn on your box.
The very thought has MS execs salivating.
