    Bring Back OneGuide Streaming for Windows 10


    Hi. If you dunno this. I'm a streamer over on Facebook, that's going variety and right now, I wanna bring
    more content to my streams. But only way I can do that is via
    Xbox Console Companion    . Because I don't have any cash what-so-ever to afford a
    capture card. So. One quick question I'm asking that's in this topic is this. Could
    Xbox bring back the OneGuide Streaming for
    Windows 10    ???

    Switch won't display in Oneguide when xbox is streaming on the xbox app.

    Thanks for bringing this situation to our attention here on the forums. Are you talking about a Nintendo Switch? If so it definitely depends on the compatibility of the device for use on Xbox One's Oneguide (which is designed for watching Live TV). It could
    be that the streaming from the Xbox One to the Windows 10 PC cant handle the load of information from the Nintendo Switch trying to be streamed through your home network.

    They have officially responded on reddit:

    "OneGuide, including the guide, TV controls, and TV streaming, were removed from the Windows versions of the Xbox app. To use OneGuide on Windows, get the Xbox One SmartGlass app in the Windows Store. OneGuide is still part of the Xbox app on iOS and Android."

    Xbox OTA One Guide problem "No info available"

    Same thing here in OK. Microsoft discontinued support for OTA EPG for Windows Media Center on Jan 30 2020 (my OTA DVR machine). Today, i lost my OTA EPG (Oneguide) on Xbox One. I wonder if they were using the same contract with Rovi. Hope they bring it back!

    XBOX 360 and Game Streaming

    Are you trying to stream a game from Xbox 360 to Windows 10? That's not supported - the media center of old was for streaming videos and songs.

    There is a way to stream Xbox 360 games to Windows 10, but it involved using an Xbox One and playing the backwards compatible Xbox 360 on the Xbox 360, then streaming the Xbox One to Windows 10.
