    All other devices are connected to my internet service but, my Xbox One is currently connected to IPv4. How do I get my Xbox in sync with my internet?

    For this you should contact your net provider. You need a public IP to get IPv6

    Hello Mario J! I'm Kris and I'd be happy to help you with your question.

    If this is on one of the consoles, it should be automatic. If its not automatically switching to IPV6 then you can change the IPV6 from auto to manual and put in the and put in the address/subnet/default gateway.

    Please note you will need to make sure IPv6 is enabled on your router and supported by your ISP as not all of them support IPv6 or set it up automatically.

    Once I do this then what? what am I looking for? I scored a 14 out of 20... It says IPV6 supported
