    Bricked Xbox due to insider hub


    Recently purchased an Xbox one which performed a recent update, one week later the harddrive failed so I fitted a new one and now I get e101 codes, this is happening because previous owner enrolled this console with insider hub and now has a later os version than what's available to download, it's completely bricked and unusable! How do you unenroll a console from the insider hub app when you can't boot to dash board on that device and when using another it doesn't show on my account because previous owner enrolled it? Sam

    Offline Update is messed up

    Are you in insiders program ? If you are stop you will brick your console

    First skip any update

    Then remove the console fr insiders via a pc or the hub on the console

    Then update using the regular update

    You can download the Insider Hub from the Xbox Store. It is currently not possible to invite anyone to the program due to the program being at capacity.
