Brand New Xbox One X needs repair, site wont print a shipping label

I have a 2 months old Xbox One X that turns on, but has no signal. Suspect a hard drive issue, very frustrating since this is a brand new machine.

I am going through the steps online to ship the machine back for repair, but I get to the step 3 to print the shipping label and the site just spins with no result. How do I print the shipping label??

when you say it wont let you print a shipping label, are there any errors? if you have created a device repair can you try a different browser to see if it will let you then print a label?

do a xbox one repair you need to print a shipping label from a printer if you did the regular service you need to find a box

you can simply go back to the request a repair here:
myservice.xbox.com/en-US

then you should see your registered console, click on it and it should be awaiting Shipment. you can then print out a new shipping label there as well.

if yo have used a 3rd party site please go back to them and request a new shipping label or file a new Repair service claim.
