    Brand new Xbox one x, bundled with battlefield v, now disc of many other games loud...


    Odd here old posts of same problem before launch of xbox, and still microsoft sells dead machines after a few weeks shut down is not playing any games.

    On phone support acted like i was first time they know anything about this noise shutdown issues,

    microsoft report to gamestop admitted some chaines had loud noises. Told to expect a patch in few weeks.

    but before that was said to my live questioning. Chat mode and phone support failed.

    as developer games for pc and xbox one x, noticed controller acting up ( elite expensive microsoft game champions compatition was beared down by the regular basic xbox controllerthat also was in box for xbox. As we know expert better than regular controller.

    so now what microsoft told to wait for software UPDATE TO FIX PROBLEM.

    How about replacing it with a white xbox one x turbo charged that has intell 2 terabyte FLASH PCIE INTEL SELLS THIS TODAY 299.00

    BUT YOUR CURRENT DISC DRIVE SPEEDS IS 5400 RPMS DYNASOR. OR IS JUST A SNAIL THINKING IT IS A TURTLE?

    games are SPEED NOT CHEAP 5400 RPM DRIVES. MAKE IT HAPPEN BEFORE APPLE DECIDES TO CREATE TO THE APPPLE 4K TV AND SUPER COMBO SYSTEM.

    Hello Cmdr,

    On the website provided by Erick, you can set up a repair on your own. As this is your decision, you can wait for the update/upgrade, or you can send it in for a repair. Personally know from experience not all Xbox one X do this I own two, one is from day
    one and bought another last March and neither do this. If they did I would of got repaired right away.

    Hey there!

    Thank you for reaching out to us on the Forums.

    If the console is brand new and you are running into these grinding sounds and have gone through some Troubleshooting then I would advise that you seek a replacement through the retailer. Reach out to them and see if their policy allows for this.

    If they are unable to replace the console then go ahead and set up a repair for the console so that you can get this issue taken care of. You can go through the

    Device Support     site to register and place the service order.

    I’m having the same issue. Just purchesed Xbox One X Battlefield V bundle a couple hours ago. Code will not work on xbox and gives me a message to enter on the website, which then tells me to use the code on the xbox.
