    Brand new Xbox one Freezes up!!!


    I just bought a Xbox One last night...26 hours ago to be exact and so far kinda pissed off! First off all I bought Ryse and Battlefield 4 and once I got my console set up I installed Ryse. As soon as it was completely done installing I tried
    playing the campaign and it froze immediately after the very first cinematic and right at the first checkpoint. I tried deleting the game and reinstalling it, and same thing, same spot....so I tried playing the mulitplayer (solo) as soon as the match started
    I couldn't move, everything was totally frozen....I mashed buttons to try and get something to work and nothing happened but I got an achievement for something!! WTF!!! So then I tried playing BF4.... started with multiplayer, no issues then I started playing
    the campaign....everything was fine till the end of the 3rd mission (China Sea??) as soon as I completed it there was a cutscene with some dialogue while loading, the screen goes dark like its about to switch to another screen......then nothing.....total black
    screen nothing works!!! I tried replaying the mission....nada, no help......So WTF is going on?? do I have a defective console or is this another piece of over priced trash put out by Microsoft??? Any ideas or answers??

    JUST DANCE 2014 - CANT GET TO PLAY

    I cant get mine to work either. Its brand new (even a rented one would not work) when i can get the screen to show up it will just freeze up at the first menu. I can not return to home screen when it freezes. My xbox is xbox 360 slim (no internal hard drive)

    Game freezes-up after winning the finals.

    NBA 2k12 freezes up after winning the finals, EVERYTIME. What can be done to fix this? The game is brand new.

    Brand new Xbox one Freezes up!!!

    Try powering off the system by holding the power button for 10 seconds then try powering back on

    Even if it works and seems sluggish after you do the updates or troubleshooting i would recommend getting it replaced i just sent my x in for a second repair and wish i just replaced it in the beggining
