brand new Wireless Adapter for W10 not working

I already tried troubleshooting guide without succces...

It does connect Bluetooth on my laptop, but i don't have any Bluetooth capability the desktop computer i use to play games, that's why i need the adapter.

I tried on my laptop just to check that controller was working properly.

In the mean time i will try to use the controller with a USB wire for this weekend.

Thanks for coming to the forums. Sorry for the issue with the adapter and controller not working properly. We recommend trying the guide for

troubleshooting wireless adapter. Also, if it does connect Bluetooth, just curious why would you need the adapter?

sometimes an installation could be tricky but here it sound's like you say: A faulty adapter.

So my advice is to use the garante and bring it back.

And, if you can buy or borrow a wireless adapter, try connecting by WiFi if your router has WiFi. New Xbox branded wireless-N adapters go for $60
