Brand new Series X unable to connect to the Xbox 360 services.

There is no official announcement yet, William which means that we just need to perform troubleshooting steps. Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

I've tried 2 different network connections, do you know by chance if Microsoft is working on a fix?

Hi William, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

There are multiple reports in regard to the same issue but there is no official announcement yet from Microsoft. It can be an intermittent issue because yesterday I was able to help another player and what worked for him is trying a different network connection.

I'm having the same issue, have a brand new Series X but cannot play anything 360 related.

Yeah, there are already 2 brand new consoles the Xbox series X and the Xbox Series S. I think that the new Xbox series X is amazing, but I expect it will be along time before a new console is develpoped.
