    Brand new Ryse Son of Rome broken disc xbox one


    Hi, I bought today Ryse in a market, opened game box and the disc was already broken from the center. I went to the market to exchange my disc but they said I have to contac producers support as it is production damage. What should I do?

    Brand new Ryse Son of Rome broken disc xbox one

    If you have your receipt, they should take it back and give you a different game. It shouldn't matter how it got damaged. Just my opinion.

    If they do not take it back, speak to those in charge of this market.

    As a good rule of thumb, it is best to examine the disc completely before buying. Look at the center ring and read surface for damage. Also look around the center ring to see if it is hologram logo'ed to make sure it is not a fake. If they do not have
    the games in the cases and won't let you examine the disc on request, move on.
