    BRAND NEW Rig 800lx Will Not Turn On??


    Bought and opened today, brand new from store. The headset paired to my xbox fine, but the headset will NOT turn on. I have left it charging for a few hours, which should be enough to fully charge it. However, it will not turn on. When plugged in, the
    light next to the power switch does not turn on. I have tried different USB ports, different charging cables, different outlets, charging from my computer, charging from my Xbox but nothing works. Is there a solution to this, or is this just a faulty product?

    Yeah its most likely faulty since you have tried everything that you could think of to get it working. If you still have time, just take it back to either exchange it for a new one, or ask for a refund.

    The headset could be faulty. The best thing to do is check the manufacturer website for any help articles on getting it to work. If it doesn't, then taking it back, and getting a replacement will be the best option.

    To add to M3tal Daz3's suggestion have you also checked the headset's website to make sure you don't need to download any firmware or apps for proper use
