    Brand New Computer - Major issues


    Hello,

    I bought a gaming computer from Staples online a few months ago and no one will respond to me to help and I'm not sure how to fix this so hoping someone has an idea of what I can do to fix this as its brand new , thought I paid for quality and I'm super frustrated lol.

    The computer drops the wifi connection at random and it isn't my home's wifi as I have my console set up in the same room and it never gets booted when in use.

    Major issue is that the tower randomly restarts out of no where multiple times a day without warning and I end up loosing whatever I was working on.

    I've tried doing a few updates but nothing seems to work from keeping me from getting kicked off the network or crashing completely.

    Hope someone can help.

    As the other poster stated, you need to contact your manufacturer for a warranty replacement, it sounds like you likely have a bad power supply, possibly a bad motherboard, and you really just need to exchange the entire unit. These are only guess is mind you I can’t be sure without actually examining your computer. I suggest you call them as soon as they open tomorrow. Best of luck to you

    You ask your manufacturer for support lenovo or dell or Compaq etc

    Yep, same exact issue here as well. I just rebuilt a brand new computer, all new installs, all drivers updated, and even took it to the computer center to have it checked out. It's a Microsoft problem I hope is fixed soon. Half the fun for me is creating and taking flights in world map of my own choosing. Following

    Potential Issues with June Update

    Yeah, the disc drive issue was kind of a big deal but that was the only major issue I had with all previews. I never had any issues with 360 previews, but those weren't brand new consoles.

    I thought the update where we could sew & manage our games & data would cause an issue but that was fine for me.
