Bonjour

J'ai acheté un caste (Empire gaming H1800), il est écrit sur l'article qu'il est compatible xbow one mais quand je le branche il n'y a que les led qui s'allume, je n'ai ni son ni micro.

Me faut-il des adaptateurs ? Si oui les quels?

Unfortunately, USB headsets are currently not compatible with any of our Xbox one Consoles.

If you would like to listen or chat with people using this kind of headset, you might need an adapter so that it can convert to an audio jack to even be picked up by the console if possible.

If you want more information on which headsets are currently compatible, it's best to refer to that page that Julian_ had linked in his post.

Merci, je confirme si la manette est brancher sur un port USB de la Xbox et pas un autre elle reste allumer.

Je viens d'essayer sur une télévision directement brancher en HDMI , et j'ai pu constater que le problème etait toujours présent , des micro coupures avec le casque brancher a la manette.

Hi! Did you follow these steps from the official support site?: https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/accessories/connect-compatible-headset

When searching for this headset online, it seems like it's a rather cheap no name headset which probably isn't officially supported by the Xbox One. It still might work though.
